Oil and Gas

Transforming Stress Limited has experience of working with the up and downstream sectors of the Oil and Gas industry. Oil and Gas exploration and production generates significant challenges and our staff are contributing to the development of standards for the safe operation of, for example, pipelines under the extremes of loading they may face during installation or during design scenarios of overload like lateral buckling.

The production of hydro-carbons necessarily faces problems with the presence of hydrogen. Our staff have experience of using analytical and computational techniques to determine the rate and distributions of hydrogen diffusion in important Oil and Gas infrastructure.
